CAP Money is a simple, yet highly effective money management course that teaches people budgeting skills and a cash-based system that really works. Whether you feel pretty organised or whether it’s like a lucky dip every time you try to withdraw cash from your account, this course will help you to get more in control of your finances, so you can save, give and prevent debt. Experience tells us that when you can manage your money, life is greatly improved. You’re less likely to have rows with your partner and you can begin to plan ahead. Everyone is welcome – you don’t have to be a maths genius – we have the tools and can help make it straight forward.

Spaces are strictly limited so book your place asap by emailing capmoney.barrow@gmail.com or by speaking to Donna Docker/Rachel Briant. For more information, see them or visit www.capmoney.org.uk.
